We have some great deals for super short breaks this February and March,
If you are looking for a short break special deal for two and you prefer to be in a ground floor cottage, we recommend both The Cake House and The Spinney at High Barn.
Each cottage provides two very spacious ground floor en-suite bedrooms, generous open-plan living/dining/kitchen and all the accommodation is on one level. For the less mobile, in both The Spinney and The Cake House, one bedroom has shower facilities featuring a walk in “wet room” with grab rails. A shower stool and toilet raiser can be provided on request, when booking. Carefully furnished, light and bright, you’ll love coming back to the log burning stove, which is a super addition to the underfloor heating. Ample off road secure, gated parking for up to two cars and on-site coded lockable bike store for our energetic guests who like to explore the quiet parts of the East Riding on two wheels.
Stretch your legs from Sewerby, with it’s hall and formal gardens, model village and friendly pub along the cliff-top path. Reach Bridlington’s north promenade, then stroll along to the harbour, and head for The Bridlington Spa cafe. Here you should linger over a cup of delicious coffee, accompanied by the largest scone imaginable whilst you gaze over the south beach and the ever changing seascape. A guaranteed way to relax.
